Provide your ASCE 41 Tier 1 screening report, and SP3-AI creates the building model in SP3-RiskModel, runs the analyses, and returns the full SP3 risk picture — collapse probabilities, repair costs, and reoccupancy and functional recovery times.   2. SP3-AI builds the model

    SP3-AI converts the report into detailed inputs for SP3-RiskModel and the SP3-CollapseRiskPredictionEngine. Every field it populates is tagged "AI generated" for you to accept or reject, one by one or all at once.

  3. SP3 runs the analysis

    SP3-RiskModel runs a detailed, building-specific seismic risk assessment — best available research, no AI in the analysis step — and returns the full SP3 risk picture.
