Cookies and analytics

This page describes the analytics and tracking tools used on the SP3 website. It is a plain-language summary and is in addition to, not a replacement for, HB-Risk's Privacy Policy.

Your choice comes first

When you first visit, a small notice asks whether you accept site analytics. Nothing described under "Optional analytics" below loads until you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, those tools never load and the site works exactly the same.

Your answer is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time: open the analytics notice, or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page.

Optional analytics

These load only after you accept.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) records page views and the path visitors take through the site, and sets _ga cookies to tell one visit from the next. We use it to see which pages are read and which are not, in aggregate.

Apollo website tracker (Apollo.io) compares signals from your visit against Apollo's business-contact database to identify the organization, and where possible the person, visiting. We use it so our team can follow up with firms that show interest in SP3. Because this identifies individual visitors for business outreach, it is treated as "sharing" of personal information under California law, and declining is your opt-out.

Always on

Your analytics choice. A single value in your browser's local storage records whether you accepted or declined. It contains no personal information and is never sent anywhere.

HubSpot forms. The Contact Us, Request a Demo, Buy Now, and newsletter pages embed forms hosted by HubSpot, Inc. HubSpot's embed sets its own cookies on those pages so that a submission can be connected to the visit that led to it. Information you type into a form is stored in HB-Risk's HubSpot account and used to respond to your request.
