1215 O Street is a 11-story state government building located in downtown Sacramento slated for completion in 2021.
ZGF Architects hired KPFF Consulting Engineers to design a building that can achieve net zero energy and remain functional after an earthquake to support recovery of the community and State of California.
KPFF used SP3-Design (now SP3-Advanced) to do the resilient design of this building and achieve a Platinum USRC rating.
