Dr. Haselton Invited SEAONC Technical Seminar on Resilient Design for Functional Recovery in San Francisco

Dr. Haselton gave a technical seminar to the Structural Engineering Association of Northern California, in San Francisco on April 8th. This seminar was about Resilient Design for Functional Recovery including an overview of the technical development and SP3 software development conducted over the past decade to enable the emergence of these new Resilient Design for Functional Recovery seismic design methods.
